Job Profile

As a Data Applications Specialist, you will have a major role in ensuring that current and future Selligent internal systems have a constant and accurate flow of data.  This role is part of the global MIS Team and reports into the MIS Director. MIS team manages all information systems for sales and account management, as well as services and support management, marketing and the general management. Amongst the most important platforms are Salesforce, Selligent and Jive. You maintain and configure the existing and future MIS platforms, together with the rest of the MIS Team. What you’ll do

  • Execute integration projects, connecting data from internal systems into our Salesforce instance via API. 
  • Support department initiatives by utilizing existing technologies and provide recommendations for future technologies.
  • Translate new business use-cases into technical data requirements.
  • Estimate scopes for project work based upon requirements; proactively manage deliverables tied to project plans.
  • Efficiently troubleshoot and diagnose potential issues with data entering or exiting the internal systems.
  • Provide consultation and support for staff with issues related to integrations and use.
  • Collaborate with other team members, taking on new assignments as instructed with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Assist where needed in large scale Salesforce development via apex, process builder, workflows, triggers, and more.

You’re perfect for this role if you:

  • BS in Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience with SOAP and REST API.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in Data Modeling and Microsoft T-SQL.
  • Experience with Apex and Force.com development preferred but not required
  • Experience with Dell Boomi as a middleware preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of Java, Python, or C is a plus.

Selligent Marketing Cloud is looking for an experienced Channel Marketing Manager to join our growing team. Role Expectations

JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will have a major role in assisting Selligent Marketing Cloud clients and partners in resolving any issues that they may have in working with the platforms.  These issues may cover a wide range of topics or components within the platforms itself, including email, content, reporting, database queries and more. Providing top tier technical support and client service through these instances will be the key responsibility of the Technical Support Engineer.
You will be a part of a close-knit, but widely distributed team that spans 7 countries in two continents, that is driven, passionate about problem solving, and operates in a fast-paced, high-technology environment.  The role will provide ample opportunity for learning new things, meeting new challenges, and the ability to adapt to different environments and use-cases.

Duties

  • Power user of the Selligent Marketing Cloud platform; understand basics of digital marketing programs.
  • Monitor ticket system and inbound requests for new or updated activities.
  • Decisively engage with the case by reproducing and replicating the issue, troubleshooting and diagnosing potential issues with the platform, and coordinating with internal teams.
  • Confidently and proactively communicate with clients and partners, driving towards case resolution.
  • Monitor and process system and service alerts to help meet availability requirements.
