Job

As a software trainer you take on a major part in training and coaching our customers and partners. During training you will guide your participants through several hands-on exercises empowering them to get the most out of the Selligent platform.

The sessions are organized privately (at the customer's offices) or in public sessions (in Hasselt, Utrecht and Brussels). Our customers are located across Europe with the majority in Belgium and the Netherlands.

In between trainings you can be deployed in the role of web developer, allowing you to get some practical experience in customer projects.

After an in-depth training on our platform, and together with your communication skills, you will rapidly become a Selligent expert.

Our team operates from the Hasselt office in Belgium, but for this job you will travel abroad regularly.

 

Profile

  • You have experience in (software) training or education.
  • You are communicative and can transfer your knowledge onto other people, even when they don't have the same technical level.
  • You speak Dutch and English fluently, French is a plus.
  • You have knowledge of online communication and digital marketing.
  • A basic knowledge of HTML, SQL, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery… is required.
  • You have a neat personal presentation.

Job Description

As a Campaign Developer you take on a major part in creating and updating materials supporting sales & pre-sales activities. You have a role which is technically executive as well as coordinating:

  • You are involved at a very early stage in product innovation at Selligent. Together with the Product Managers, you will think of use cases and detailed scenarios making use of the new innovations. You are their sparring partner and one of the very first users of the new products while creating the sales demo scenarios. Therefore you take a natural part in the user testing process and provide feedback to help improve the software before it’s even released into the market.
  • You manage and maintain the Selligent demo web site, both from a content and technical perspective, using Selligent software.
  • You imagine innovative marketing use cases to include in the demo environment and be able to drive how data will be generated and structured in Selligent. For the data generation, you will coordinate with other teams in the company.
  • You create the entire communication scenario: from writing the messages for SMS, e-mail, website, push notification,… to creating the content and converting it into attractive HTML and set up the entire campaign in Selligent.
  • You have a good understanding of the objectives of a campaign, the message that needs to reach the audience, the underlying data needed to do so and how it will be processed in Selligent.

Our corporate offices are based in Belgium (Hasselt and Braine). You report on a regular base to the CSO. You work internally with occasional travel to our customers and partners in Belgium, The Netherlands, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, the United Kingdom and the United States.  

 

Profile

  • You have mastered the online medium at a technical level. That is to say that you are completely familiar with HTML, jQuery, JavaScript and CSS. You have mastered one or more graphic tools such as Photoshop, Fireworks or another to a level such that you can edit a design and convert into HTML on your own.
  • You have a few years’ experience in online/digital marketing.
  • You have experience in SQL and database-driven websites.

Selligent is recruiting a Talent Acquisition Manager responsible for the proactive and strategic sourcing of high quality staff throughout geographical areas utilizing a variety of mediums including recruitment websites, job boards and social media. The Talent Acquisition Manager is also in charge of the related talent management programs, including on-boarding, career planning, assessing job competencies and job design. The Talent Acquisition position will report into the VP Operations.

  • Develops innovative, creative, and proactive sourcing strategies to develop high quality active and passive candidate pipelines.
  • ffectively builds and engages with talent communities through social media.

Position

As a Web & Campaign Developer, you will have a major role in delivering customer projects. You will ensure that our clients’ interactive omnichannel communication campaigns successfully engage customers and drive business results.  These engagement initiatives will seamlessly flow across email, web and mobile channels to best engage customers whenever, wherever and however meets their needs most effectively.

You will develop these campaigns in Selligent’s Campaign tool, consulting with the client throughout to help understand and execute against their briefs. You will immerse yourself in the project, implement it and take charge of bringing it to a successful conclusion.

Your role is both technical and project managerial.  You will create the program in Campaign, based on a briefing from your marketing customer. You will be their counselor, partnering with them in the design and subsequently launch and execute the campaign. You will be responsible for the entire campaign from launch to reporting.  Your ultimate goal is to achieve high levels of client satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities

  • Review the communication scenarios with customers and design the messages for delivery by SMS, e-mail and web. You will convert the design created by the customer into HTML and set up the campaigns in Campaign. 

  • Understand the objectives of the campaign, the message that needs to reach the target audience, the underlying data needed to enable the campaign and how to orchestrate it in Campaign. 

  • Implement communication campaigns and monitoring them carefully.

Position

As Customer Success Manager for Selligent in the U.S., you are responsible for delivering high-level service to our clients and partners. You are the link between our company and the clients/partners. You will build a team as we continue our growth in the US. You identify the needs of the clients and create the appropriate solutions. You maintain a good relationship with your clients; understand their business and their goals; and know how to use Selligent to achieve them. You will operate in a Client Delivery and Service Support role to start, and as we generate clients and revenue, build a team. You are responsible for the hiring process to identify and to recruit team members that meet the requirements of the US market.

  • Several years experience in a service organization, preferably in a digital agency or software firm (marketing automation experience preferred), implementation, support, training, project management.
