Required Skills

  • Retain, grow and develop account through daily interaction with clients and periodic onsite visits at client and partner’s offices.

Job Description
As  a Technical Project Manager (TPM), you will be responsible for the operational success of a regional portfolio of clients and partners. Our team needs someone with a passion for writing scripts! While you will be responsible for creating videos from storyboard to final product, you will also be the writing expert on the team - other instructional designers will turn to you for ideas on how to strengthen their scripting skills to be creative and more personable.

Duties

  • Design innovative learning that compels the Learner to meet objectives.
  • Collaborate with our global product SMEs, and other Learning team members to develop learning videos.
  • Actively participate in the Storyboarding process of designing the learning, before taking ownership of your respective video and beginning the scripting process.

  • Some previous experience in a tech support, help desk, or client service position is ideal.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong client focus are a must.

  • Openness to developing knowledge in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Fluent English language skills, Dutch/French native speaker.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2+ years of software sales experience in an individual contributor
  • Proven record of sales success in a similar software environment
  •  Ability and track record of driving business in a strategic manor for demand generation
  • Proven record of success in a high-volume transaction sales environment
  •  Solid understanding of the solution selling space
  • Excellent presentation and listening skills
  •  Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, hands-on attitude
  • High level of business acumen and industry expertise
  • Timely and accurate revenue forecasting
  • Fluent German and English language skills
