As an Instructor, you will have a major role in ensuring that Selligent clients and partners are provided with the most effective classroom learning experience possible. We are seeking someone with a passion for teaching! Your primary focus will be teaching, although you will be responsible for providing input and feedback to our Instructional Design team. You may also be asked to help maintain learning assets, lend your voice to our video learning team for voiceovers, and various other duties associated with your role as Instructor.

Duties

  • Attend “Train the trainer” sessions and become certified as a Selligent Instructor.
  • Manage your training engagements from scoping to calendar to travel to expense reports.
  • Stay current on Selligent‘s latest product releases and courseware, leveraging internally available learning opportunities, as well as self-study.
  • Prepare any needed classroom setup, including gathering information and knowledge from colleagues regarding your students.
  • Provide world-class instruction to clients, partners and colleagues using variety of modalities, including but not limited to Instructor Led Training (ILT) and Video ILT in private, public and remote locations.
  • Strike an effective balance between agenda and injecting personal examples into the course, while maintaining the required level of learning experience.
  • Effectively manage the classroom environment, addressing any issues in real time and ensuring the class stays on track with the intended agenda.
  • Follow-up with clients on questions that you could not fully answer during class and provide the answer to the student.
  • Consistently receive high average scores on student evaluations.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years teaching experience.
  • 1+ years digital marketing experience required.
  • Fluent in English language skills required; fluent in any of the following a plus: Spanish, Italian, German.

  • Experience in web development including experience with HTML, CSS and DHTML
  • Strong listening and collaboration skills.
  • Be willing to travel throughout Europe up to 75% of the time, with occasional travel to US (up to 4 times a year).

Job Description

As a Technical Project Manager (TPM), you will be responsible for the operational success for a regional portfolio of clients and partners. By leading each status sheet, during both the on-boarding phase, and then the on-going period, you’ll oversee allocating resources, such as front and backend developers, to execute development tasks according to your project plan.

 

Duties

  • Efficiently project manage new client launches and existing client programs, always paying close attention to detail.
  • Become a subject matter expert on Selligent’s product and integrations with other systems.

As a Web & Campaign Developer (full service) you will be taking on a major role in elaborating customer-focused projects. You will ensure that the interactive communication scenarios sent out to customer contacts by email, mobile push, SMS and over the web run faultlessly. You will put these campaigns together in Selligent tools and consult with the client. You will immerse yourself in the project, implement it and take charge of bringing the entire communication channelled through Selligent to a successful conclusion.
You will therefore have a role which is technically executive as well as coordinating. You will put together the campaign in Selligent, based on a briefing from your marketing customer. This specific job opening is for a spot in one of our dedicated teams that service the needs of one customer. You will become part of a young team of 7 close colleagues. Each with their own specialisations and responsibilities. Responsibility and independency are important but such a team of course also requires good team players.
Work is project based and varies from days to months. Solo or in sub-teams of 2 to 3 persons. Besides the multi-channel communication aspect of the Selligent platform itself, the team also enhances the experience through custom development in C#.
You will work from Hasselt on a permanent basis. Occasional travel is limited to Brussels.

Profile

  • You have mastered the online medium at a technical level. That is to say that you are completely familiar with HTML, jQuery, Javascript and CSS. You have mastered one or more graphic tools such as Photoshop, Fireworks or another to a level such that you can edit a design and convert into HTML on your own.
  • A few years’ experience in online media are a plus point but not a requirement.
  • You have experience in SQL, database-driven websites and have basic knowledge of C#.

Job Description
As a Data Integration Engineer, you will have a major role in ensuring that Selligent Marketing Cloud clients and partners deliver interactive campaigns that successfully engage customers and drive business results. These campaigns will rely on client data reaching Selligent Marketing Cloud platform, and can then be executed over email, web, mobile, and social channels. Ensuring that data processes are correctly and optimally scoped, implemented and maintained for our clients and partners is the key responsibility of the Data Integration Engineer role.
