Now users are able to report on Recurring Batch Journeys to see basic metrics and activity details in line with other journeys providing more consistency across the platform when reporting against journeys of different types.
Users can now produce audience counts on Lists and in Recurring and Custom Journeys. Users can also query data in Selligent Marketing Cloud Lists via API.
Now data synchronization is supported through a CRM Connector for Salesforce Sales Cloud, MS Dynamics and Sugar CRM.
Users now have the ability to both include and exclude existing Segments when defining a campaign target audience. Users can also now include interactions in Single, Recurring and A/B Journeys in interaction data
