Personalization Delivers Holiday Magic to Young Customers


When the pandemic forced stores closures everywhere, fashion retailer JBC wanted to find a way to still bring some holiday magic to its youngest customers. Since children could not come to meet their beloved ‘Sinterklaas’ (traditional Dutch/Belgian holiday character) in person in JBC stores, the retailer got creative. Working with agency partner Dignify and using the Selligent platform, JBC created a hyper-personalized email campaign to bring the Sinterklaas magic right to children in their homes.
