The Selligent experts of De Heeren van Veertig Plus were given the opportunity by Selligent to take a look under the hood at this new product release. Our question is: Will the Maypop release fuel the passion of the Selligent marketer? Let’s find out by taking a look at some of the key features:
Oops! Pressed the send button a little too fast? With the possibility to cancel a journey, you prevent all your mail recipients from unintentionally receiving a mail. Selligent has always had the possibility to stop or pause a Journey, but with this new release it has also become possible to cancel a Journey. Sounds good – but what’s the difference between these three actions (stop, pause, cancel)? We’ve got it all figured out for you.
With the Lilly Pilly Release, it was already possible to show the Content Block Preview in the responsive editor. With this function you can easily drag and drop your fixed parts into the mail. Definitely a must if you work with different designs or brands.
So what has been improved? Speed! With the Maypop release, the speed and performance has been optimized so that the content of the block is loaded more efficiently and is immediately visible when you drag it into your mail.
Various partners and users provide feedback on the Selligent platform from time to time. As a dedicated partner, we like it when feedback is reflected in the roadmap planning and ultimately in the releases. One of those feedback points is about gaining insight into the course of a flow. “Is the Journey still running?”; or “Have you planned the Journey for tomorrow?”
Journey State Management is about the progress and status of your Journeys in Selligent. The improved Journey overview page has been updated and provides answers to those questions. With just one click of the mouse, you are on the Journey overview page where all detailed Journey statuses can be seen at a glance.
Conclusion: At first glance, it may seem that the Maypop release has just a few small adjustments. However, with these changes Selligent clearly shows that it is listening to the end user of its platform. Selligent is all about engagement: fully embracing and listening to your customer, which they have done with this latest release. If that doesn’t ignite your passion as a marketer, I don’t know what will!
