Selligent to Host Annual European Client and Partner Event in Lisbon

(BRUSSELS, BELGIUM AND REDWOOD CITY, CA), MAY 10, 2016 - Selligent, the world's leading independent provider of 1-to-1 engagement solutions for relationship marketers, today announced the details of its annual European client and partner summit in Lisbon, Portugal, from May 18 to 20. Boosted by its recent merger with StrongView, Selligent will be hosting more than 200 clients, partners, and product experts, making it the company’s largest pan-European event to date.

Delivering on the theme of Consumer-First Marketing, the event will highlight a variety of creative and technical aspects of relationship marketing, pushing attendees to think differently about the way that they communicate with their consumers now and in the future.

Attendees will hear from an impressive mix of innovators who all embody the mix of art and science that relationship marketing requires, including Grammy-nominated recording artist and producer Ryan Leslie and author and POSSIBLE Americas president Jason Burby. Rounding out the agenda, Thomas Husson, Vice President and Principal Analyst at Forrester Research, will reveal new findings about consumer mobile behavior and present compelling best practices for mobile engagement.

“The Selligent European Summit is a great experience,” said Benoit Pirotte, Head of Online Projects for ING Belgium. “The event is very well structured, with ample time to learn about interesting topics from formal presentations as well as networking breaks to continue discussions informally with colleagues and peers. It’s a wonderful opportunity to connect with other companies relying on Selligent’ s technology.”

The Selligent Awards

At the Summit, Selligent will also be announcing the winners of the Selligent Awards, which celebrate highly innovative and successful client campaigns powered by Selligent’s relationship marketing platform. Winners will be determined in several categories, including Omnichannel Marketing, Automation, and Consumer First. In addition to several judged categories, six finalist submissions have been posted for public voting. The finalists are Asda, Audi, Cinesa, City of Lyon, Etat Pur, and ING

“We are thrilled to have so many clients and partners attending from both sides of the Atlantic, and one of the highlights of the event will certainly be the Selligent Awards, which have garnered a record number of submissions,” said Andre Lejeune, CEO and co-founder of Selligent. “Our event is focused on helping our clients maximize their customer relationships with a consumer-first approach and celebrating the great work that they do using the Selligent platform. The Summit touches on the topics that matter to our clients now, from maximizing the potential of mobile and social channels to using data and design to forge deeper relationships for the long term. I can’t wait to learn from the extraordinary speakers, clients, and partners that we’re bringing together at this event.”
