The new features include interactive dashboards, an extension of its already robust integration with third-party CRM platforms, and a functionality that further advances its journey building capabilities. These capabilities enable digital marketers to better build campaigns, track performance and deliver a truly unified customer experience.

The updated features in the latest Selligent Marketing Cloud release include:

Interactive Dashboards – a rich array of widgets that gives marketers a better understanding of journey performance. Within pre-built dashboards, users can apply a variety of parameters to filter results and drill down to find deeper, valuable insights. Dashboards can also be exported as a whole or by widget for use outside of the platform.

CRM Messages – an update to Selligent Marketing Cloud’s already robust connection into CRM platforms such as Salesforce Sales Cloud (with support for both Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Classic), Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Sugar CRM. This latest update makes it easier to leverage CRM as an everyday marketing channel to build journeys. These journeys can blend actions within the CRM with steps in the journey that allow for true synchronization across Marketing and Sales. This enables brands to create seamless and unified customer experiences, and eliminate the typical silos faced in organizations.

Advanced Journey Components – an extension of Selligent Marketing Cloud’s powerful journey building experience to support even the most sophisticated marketing strategies. Flexible, user-defined components allow for seamless synchronization between Selligent Marketing Cloud and any external system via API, enabling brands to act and react to data changes within their orchestrated marketing journeys in real-time. This update empowers marketers to simply configure both inbound and outbound communications to support their most common use cases, including direct integrations with print shops, bridging marketing and customer care interactions, integrating with the ever-growing list of connected devices (automobiles, wearables, etc.), and more.
