Selligent Awards Honor Excellence in Relationship Marketing

Winners of the Selligent Awards hail from a wide range of mid-market and enterprise B2C brands, including Belgian publishing giant Mediahuis, e-commerce company Coolblue and cinema chains Cinesa and Odeon.


(BRUSSELS, BELGIUM), JUNE 21, 2017 - Selligent, a provider of relationship marketing solutions based on consumer insights, today announced the winners of its annual European Selligent Awards. The awards celebrate Selligent-powered client campaigns, which embody a consumer-first strategy and generate proven results. The winners were announced at an outdoor gala awards ceremony at Malta’s historic Saluting Battery as part of Selligent’s European client and partner event, the Consumer-First Summit Europe (June 19 – 21).

Judged across thirteen categories by an independent jury, Selligent received a record number of awards submissions this year, with entries from retail, travel, finance, entertainment, publishing and education reflecting the widespread use of Selligent’s platform across industries.

The winner of the Jury Campaign of the Year, publisher Mediahuis showcased its innovative approach to targeting young readers by launching a multi-stage contest that included offline and online events, a social media push, and viral incentives gaining them a large new audience. E-commerce company Coolblue, the Consumer-First Marketing winner, drove increased customer satisfaction by tailoring a series of product usage emails based on purchased history. Polish digital retail aggregator Empik, the winner of the Loyalty award, used complex data algorithms to transform years of transactional history and online behavior into highly personalized product recommendations and personalized offers.
