Oxyma takes home three 2017 Selligent Awards

Oxyma receives Partner of the Year Award, Public Award, and Profile Building Award for its work with NS International.


(BRUSSELS, BELGIUM), AUGUST 16, 2017 - Oxyma, a leading digital agency in the Netherlands, and Selligent partner since 2010, is the big winner of the annual European Selligent Awards. Oxyma not only took home the award for Partner of the Year, its campaign for NS International also won the Public Award and the Jury Award for Profile Building. The awards celebrate Selligent-powered campaigns, which embody a consumer-first strategy and generate proven results.

Oxyma’s 340-person strong team enables major brands in the Netherlands, such as KPN and NS International, to execute complex marketing campaigns and processes. The winning campaign for NS International is a prime example of a consumer-first campaign; last year the brand noticed that data from traditional touch points such as ticket booking via phone and at train stations was not available online. Data also took upward of three days to populate in NSI’s CRM platform. In response, NS International began using Selligent as its main data hub, drawing data from eight different sources. Selligent also began serving as the rule engine to activate triggers based on real-time customer behavior.

The Selligent platform allows NS International to populate data from anonymous visitors into rich profiles once they reveal personal information. For existing customers, NSI focussed on progressive profiling through initiatives such as birthday campaigns and their top travel destinations. The campaign helped NS International identify 50% of all CRM customers – a 492% increase over the past 1.5 years. Key engagement indicators increased by 65%. Targeted campaigns increased conversions by 13% with a 6% higher booking value among targeted customers.
