Leasecom chooses Selligent to optimise its communication with its reseller Partners and clients

(PARIS, FRANCE), MARCH 23, 2015 - Leasecom, a subsidiary of the Crédit Mutuel group, specializing in financing sales and rental solutions, has selected Selligent’s marketing automation solution to provide its partners and clients with impeccable, targeted and well-timed communication. 

In a highly competitive and constantly changing market, Leasecom has to be increasingly innovative in order to provide its partners with solutions that will enable them to boost their sales and improve customer loyalty through rental and sales  financing. For this purpose, Leasecom wanted to integrate Selligent's marketing automation tool into its CRM solution to provide more visibility into campaigns and other marketing activities carried out with partners.


For personalised and tailored communication

Leasecom aims to improve its partner communication with help of Selligent’s marketing automation solution and with that contribute to the growth of the company. The main objectives of the Selligent integration, carried out by the marketing consultancy firm Market Space, were to identify the ROI of Leasecom's marketing actions and to capitalise on the communication events of its partners and clients. These multiple marketing actions also support the objective of recruiting new brand partners as part of its digital lead generation strategy.

Leasecom has opted for cross-channel communication on its website and its professional social networks, and is developing a digital strategy that will be implemented in June 2015. In the long term Leasecom wants to implement the Selligent solution in other company departments that also communicate with service providers or suppliers.
