Previously, he served as VP of Client Success & Services at Selligent, bringing 20 years’ experience in developing and executing multichannel marketing strategies on both the client and agency sides. His client experience spans all industry verticals, including top brands such as IHG, Sunwing, Choice, Charles Schwab, Citibank, Ann Taylor, Fisher Investments, and GameStop, among others. Before Selligent, Smith was with Cheetah Digital, formerly Experian Marketing Services, leading teams that focused on large enterprise-level as well as mid-market clients. Previously, Smith spent close to a decade as a financial marketer, working at Chase and Citibank, managing Cards and Retail Bank programs.
