Job Profile

Selligent are looking for a seasoned partner manager with a passion for digital marketing to join our dynamic team in growing and strengthening Selligent’s partner network.

What you’ll do

  • Monitor and manage business development activities and identify net new business opportunities with partners, engage with Sales team at the appropriate time
  • Actively support Sales by closely managing partner interactions during the sales cycle
  • Identify and engage with potential partners, explaining Selligent Marketing Cloud’s value proposition and partner program
  • Onboard new partners
  • Manage, grow and develop partner relationship to maximize growth potential and help partners become a Selligent ambassador
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with key stakeholders internally at Selligent
  • Ensure the health and reputation of the Selligent partner model
  • Build and maintain reporting, ensure pipeline and forecast are up to date and accurate
  • Manage partner community
  • Travel to the Nordics (20 to 40% according to business needs)

You’re perfect for this role if you

  • Have strong communication skills, both orally and in writing
  • Can combine working in autonomy and team work
  • Are capable of quickly mapping the client’s business needs and translate them into product capabilities
  • Are able to understand and operate long term and complex sales cycles
  • Are highly organized and rigorous in applying processes, yet demonstrate flexibility to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
  • Know and have worked with a cloud marketing software (Selligent or alike)
  • Have at least 5 years of experience working at or with Digital Marketing Agencies or Marketing service providers
  • Have a master degree in Marketing
  • Master the English language (being fluent in Scandinavian language is a plus)

Job Profile

As a Technical Project Manager (TPM), you will be responsible for the operational success for a regional portfolio of clients. By leading each status sheet, during both the on-boarding phase, and then the on-going period, you’ll oversee allocating resources, such as front and backend developers, to execute development tasks according to your project plan.
 
What you’ll do

  • Efficiently project manage new client onboardings, migrations and existing client programs, always paying close attention to detail.
  • Become a subject matter expert on Selligent Marketing Cloud platform and integrations with other systems.
  • Serve as a single point of contact for the client and internal stakeholders, as the subject matter expert and key facilitator on the operational aspect of the client’s program.
  • Assisting in developing campaigns on Selligent Marketing Cloud platform during onboarding when required.
  • Work internal teams, via the clients and partners, to help with resolution of any outstanding support cases or other issues, such as product feedback, and program roadmaps.
  • Partner with the regional Client Success Manager to ensure the client is provided adequate and appropriate education, leveraging the Selligent Learning system, along with program specific coaching to ensure clients are achieving success.
  • Assist the Selligent Learning Team in improving and/or streamlining training and reference material for both external and internal consumption.

Selligent is searching for a Solutions Consultant to join our rapidly growing team. We are looking for a well-rounded individual that is self-motivated and reliable. The ideal candidate will have the perfect mix of strong customer-facing skills and a strong technical background.
As a Solutions Consultant, you will partner with both the sales, partner and relationship management teams to present overall business-driven technology solutions to partners, prospective and existing clients. Selligent Solution Consultants are responsible for mapping the prospect’s/client’s business and technology requirements to Selligent’s market-leading technology and service solutions. 
What you’ll do

  • Function as the technical point of contact & product expert for the sales and account management teams
  • Conduct discovery sessions directly with prospective and existing clients to gather business and technology requirements
  • Define holistic client solutions consisting of the perfect mix of Selligent's technology and services, tied directly to prospect’s/client’s business and technology requirements
  • Collaborate with internal Selligent teams to develop the overall solution
  • Effectively communicate client requirements to the IT configuration team
  • Successfully manage multiple prospect sales and existing client engagement opportunities simultaneously
  • Respond to technical questions received via RFP and or RFI in an accurate and timely fashion.
  • Present solutions onsite and/or via web-conference.
  • Assist in the creation of account configuration documentation and statements of work.
  • Regularly lead the most technically complex opportunities with limited to no assistance
  • Mentor team members on various advanced marketing and technical initiatives
  • Work closely with Product Management to prioritize prospect/customer requests by thoroughly documenting user stories and associated business case
  • Travel required (25%)

  • Knowledge of DBMS -- both row and columnar database concepts

  • Previous experience with Selligent Marketing Cloud or any other leading marketing clouds is a plus
