RapidSugar, they did it again… (now with HotelSpecials)
HotelSpecials was selected as the winner for the ‘DDMA Email Campaign 2015’ award on June 17. At the gala event in Amsterdam, Anja Bimmel from Hotelspecials received the award on behalf of HotelSpecials. The great cooperation between Hotelspecials and RapidSugar led to this well-deserved victory.
The highlight of the campaign was the usage of dynamic click-profiles based on individual behavior and proven interests of the customers. Relevancy, this is what it is all about. Through segmentation and personalized communication they reached their customers with the right offers. Click-data was continuously refreshed and cleaned to keep the profile relevancy to the maximum. They call it the ‘Seeding and Harvesting’ approach. Thanks to the focus on testing and this systematic approach, the campaign exceeded all expectations.
