Studies have shown time and time again that customer experience and a thoughtful approach to personalized marketing is what’s helping organizations cut through the noise and create meaningful, mutually beneficial relationships with their customers. Our recent global consumer study reinforces this with 71% percent of consumers agreeing that a personalized experience is very important and 51% are willing to share personal data to get one.

Forrester Research recently called this ‘moments-based marketing’ in The Forrester Wave™: Cross-Channel Campaign Management (Independent Platforms), Q4 2019, which explored campaign management capabilities, long-term vision, product innovation, and automation features of the “nine most significant” providers. Over the course of months-long discovery, I’m proud to say that Selligent Marketing Cloud was named as one of two Leaders – an incredible achievement and – in my view – a strong validation of our long-standing focus on developing technology that accelerates experience-based marketing to meet the expectations of the connected consumer.
