WM-data to deliver CRM system to Kemira GrowHow


WM-data have signed an agreement with Kemira GrowHow AB in Helsingborg regarding the implementation of a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. WM-data will provide a total solution based on a CRM system from Selligent S.A., which incorporates the three most essential areas of CRM, i.e. sales, marketing and service. A pilot installation will be done initially in Helsingborg, after which the system will be implemented at the company’s offices in Europe and on other continents.

”We were looking for an advanced and user-friendly CRM system. Selligent’s version showed that it would meet our needs and demands effectively in terms of CRM.” says Ingrid Steén at Kemira GrowHow. ”We chose WM?data for the implementation of Selligent’s system, based on their proven experience with such projects. We are convinced that they are the right partner to offer us a total and coherent solution.”

WM-data simultaneously signed a partnership agreement with Selligent, thus becoming a Selligent retailer in Scandinavia. This co-operative agreement with Selligent is important to WM-data in the CRM field.

”Kemira aims to increase the efficiency of their IT support and customer processes, and this new CRM system will allow them to reach this objective,” says Claes Dyrman, CRM Manager at WM?data. ”Selligent complements WM-data’s offering and fills a recognised gap between larger systems, such as Siebel and SAP, and smaller CRM solutions, such as SuperOffice and Caesar. This means that WM-data can deliver functional, cost-effective IT support that covers all CRM processes as an alternative to the traditionally heavier systems.”
