Selligent Xi (eXtended integration) for Windows replaces the flagship Selligent 2000 as the company's leading CRM offer, enhancing the rich functionality of Selligent 2000 with a range of integration features that sets a new standard in the CRM industry. Selligent Xi for Windows will be generally available from October 2001.
The latest CRM product line integrates Selligent's recently announced Global & Local functionality. Selligent Xi for Windows also integrates Lotus Notes, Dynamic Address Formats, improved Questionnaire execution, enhanced Script Writing, Site Management as well as currency definition to allow easy conversion when national currencies are no longer operational in 2002.

Other features in this new version of Selligent's CRM software include easier site management when dealing with complex multi-site deployment, as well as a currency re-definition tool that will simplify consistency of currency conversions as national currencies are phased out next year and the euro becomes the base currency.
