Selligent signs a partnership with MEDIAPOST Multicanal to develop interactive multi-channel communications
The multiplication of sales and communication channels, the increasing use of digital media as well as changes in consumer expectations regarding responsiveness and personalisation: these emerging phenomena add to the complexity of customer relations and loyalty development.
