Selligent optimizes PCM customer relationship management

PCM, specialist in volumetric pump development and fluid treatment systems, has chosen Selligent to energize its customer relationships and make its customers even more loyal.

Paris, 7 May 2008 - subsidiary of the Gévelot Group, PCM is leader in the development of volumetric pumps and fluid treatment systems. Specialized in solutions for injection, transfer and dosing of sensitive products, PCM is present throughout the world in the petrol and gas sectors, in agri-foodstuffs and in industry (www.pcm.eu).

PCM opted for the Selligent CRM solution, very agile and pragmatic, to improve its customer relationship management, more particularly for follow-up and stimulation of loyalty of end-customers in cooperation with its dealers.
