Selligent and Micropole-Univers unite their expertises in CRM and BI to strengthen their positioning on the European market

Paris, 11 September 2008 - Selligent, European publisher specialised in customer relationship management (CRM) and Micropole-Univers, European consultancy and engineering company specialised in Business Intelligence (BI), E-business, CRM and ERP, announce the signing of a strategic partnership which will combine their expertises in BI and CRM. Customer satisfaction, pragmatism and involvement are at the heart of this new synergy. Thanks to this alliance, Micropole-Univers will bolster its position on the CRM market, while Selligent continues its strategy of targeted European growth.

Customer satisfaction is inextricably linked to the management and exploitation of information.
