SELLIGENT AND EUROPSTAT ENTER INTO PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT

Paris, 12 July 2000 – Selligent, the leading European software developer of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and e-commerce solutions, and the Europstat Group, the first European System Innovator that helps companies to make a successful entry into the new economy, today announce a partnership agreement.

This agreement will tap Selligent into the « Customer Care Centre », the Europstat Group's unique competence centre specialised in the Customer Relationship technology (SFA, Call Centre, Marketing campaign management, etc.). A showroom inside the Europstat premises presents the Group's partners' offering to companies planning to implement a CRM solution.
