Selligent and Atos Origin set up a CRM Competence Centre in the Rhône-Alpes region

Selligent and Atos Origin, one of the major international actors in IT services, have announced the setting up of a Selligent CRM Competence Centre, which is the culmination of a year’s partnership and success.

The leading Selligent solution integrator in France, Atos Origin has been working with the publisher since 2001. The setting up of the Selligent CRM Competence Centre in Lyon will increase Atos Origin’s expertise in supporting its customers throughout their CRM projects. Providing services from upstream consulting to application maintenance, this centre relies on the industrial processes and tried and tested tools of the Atos Origin Service Centre in Lyon, which is CMMI level 3 certified.

The CRM Competence Centre provides expertise and services to all customers in France. This centre improves the security of customers’ CRM projects by providing them with the expertise of specialist consultants and a tried and tested methodology. There are around twenty consultants on the team today, and this figure is set to rise to forty consultants by the end of 2008.

The new Competence Centre, which has become one of the most advanced CRM centres in France, also handles international projects.
