Ross Systems integrates Selligent’s CRM solution into its ERP offering

Brussels, August 7, 2002 - Selligent, a leading vendor of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) solutions offering rapid return on investment (ROI), has signed an agreement with the U.S. ERP vendor Ross Systems to integrate state of the art Selligent CRM Sales, Marketing and Customer Care applications into Ross Systems’ suite of ERP, SCM and e-business solutions.
Under the partnership agreement signed this month Ross Systems will integrate Selligent CRM with its iRenaissance family of solutions targeted towards the mid-market process manufacturing industries. The CRM module of the iRenaissance suite will be sold as iRenaissance CRM and bear the stamp 'powered by Selligent'.
