Campaign management
In parallel, Selligent X@ campaign management is able to respond to the needs and wants of the most demanding marketeers. It uses a wizard to provide an overview of the targets and the campaign stages and guide the user in executing or re-assigning campaigns. Combined with the new rules server, it can automate or re-schedule campaign steps.

Selligent e-Questionnaire
The e-Questionnaire module enables your prospects or customers to fill in a questionnaire on the Web without having to log into a Selligent system. The input collected is automatically stored in your Selligent X@ database. This module automatically creates an invitation e-mail - in html or text format - that includes a link to the questionnaire. This e-mail is customised by merging the fields with the data on the invitee.

Furthermore, e-Voting (a new variant of the e-Questionnaire) allows you to invite your web visitors to respond to questions anonymously.

Data quality
Selligent Marketing offers you easy integration with information brokers such as EasyNumber, who offer online access to information relating to the structure of a company and its geographical locations and provide up-to-date data (company contact details, financial information, credit rating, etc.). This integration makes it possible to search for and identify companies all over the world and to keep your database up to date. There is even a monitoring service that can be used to automatically update customer information in Selligent
