This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes the personal data processing practices of Selligent SA, and its subsidiaries and affiliates, (“Selligent” or “we”), carried out through the use of the Internet and any other electronic communications networks, including the collection of information related to you, and, where applicable for a social media product or service, information related to your customers and/or users. This policy describes how Selligent does or will use, process, store and protect such information. Our primary purpose in collecting information is to provide our products and services through a safe, effective, efficient and rewarding experience.

Information we collect

We may obtain personal information such as individual and business contact information (names, email address, fixed line and mobile phone numbers, fax numbers), information provided in response to survey, in relation to various activities such as use of Selligent websites and applications, use of Selligent products or services, events in which we participate and promotion or offers.

We collect your details when you email us with an enquiry.

The providers of third-party apps, tools, widgets and plug-ins on our websites and apps, such as Facebook “Like” button, also may use automated means to collect information regarding your interactions with these features. We obtain from our clients personal information, such as e-mail addresses, phone numbers, names, and other tailored information on individuals or entities our clients wish to start or maintain a marketing interaction with, using the Selligent products and services.

In addition, when you visit our websites, use our apps, or interact with Selligent-related tools, widgets or plug-ins, we may collect certain information by automated means, such as cookies and web beacons. We process names, email addresses and telephone numbers of others to whom we are asked to send information by our clients on the assumption that the person who provided the information obtained it in accordance with applicable law. If this assumption is incorrect, please do not ask us to send information to third parties on your behalf. We use such information of others only to the extent necessary for the performance of the services subscribed by you as our client and in strict compliance with your instructions.

Marketing – We offer you certain choices about how we communicate with you and what information we collect from you. You may choose not to receive marketing email communications, easily and free of charge, at the time of collection of the information or by clicking on the unsubscribe link in each of our marketing emails, or contacting us.

How we protect personal information

Internet-based transfers
