NEW VERSION OF SELLIGENT INTERACTIVE MARKETING SIM 2.6
Selligent, European solution provider specializing in interactive marketing and Customer Relationship Management (CRM), announced the release of version 2.6 of its Selligent Interactive marketing platform. The new features in this version further simplify implementation of advanced usage such as the management of contests, the organization of micro-events, member get member programs, or the industrialization of tests comparing the conversion performance of alternative e-marketing actions (A/B testing). These features further bolster capacities for automating interactive dialogues specific to Selligent's unique concept of interaction scenarios. These new features were designed based on feedback from over 250 international brands and their marketing agencies.
SELLIGENT SIGNS A PARTNERSHIP WITH MEDIAPOST MULTICANAL TO DEVELOP INTERACTIVE MULTI-CHANNEL COMMUNICATIONS
Selligent announces the signing of a partnership with MEDIAPOST Multicanal, a subsidiary of MEDIAPOST specialist in data solutions and relational marketing. KIRON AND EPICAS CHOSE SELLIGENT TO LEVERAGE THEIR CUSTOMER LIFE CYCLE, FROM CONTACT TO CONTRACT MANAGEMENT
Selligent announces that Kiron and Epicas, networks of the credit mediation group Tecnocasa, have deployed Selligent for more than 1,000 brokers located throughout Italy in order to organize the whole customer life cycle from contact and lead management to opportunity and contract management.
