Former SAP and Hybris HR executive strengthens Selligent’s management team with deep technology and M&A expertise
(REDWOOD CITY, CA, BRUSSELS, BELGIUM), JUNE 14, 2016 - Selligent, the world's leading independent provider of 1-to-1 engagement solutions for relationship marketers, today announced the appointment of Nathalie Parent as the company’s first Chief Talent Officer. A seasoned global human resources executive with extensive M&A experience, Parent joins Selligent from SAP where she led HR for Europe, Middle East, and Africa. She was previously SVP of Human Resources for Hybris Software, where she was responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and implementation of the company’s HR strategies and programs. Parent is based at Selligent’s European headquarters in Belgium.

Parent is responsible for leading Selligent’s global expansion through talent strategy and acquisition, propagating the company’s unique culture through cross-departmental collaboration and training, and building a global organization that can quickly identify, capture, and accelerate growth opportunities.

Parent brings with her over 20 years of experience in the software industry from companies such as Cognos, Corel, Hybris, and SAP, where she has held a number of global HR leadership roles based in Canada, UK, and Germany. In each position, Parent established a proven track record of translating business strategies into actionable people strategies. Parent is also a Member of the Board of Directors for WorldatWork – a not-for-profit global HR association providing education, conferences, and research focused on global human resources issues.
