Selligent Announces Award Winners to Record Attendance at Riviera Summit

(NICE, FRANCE),  MAY 28, 2015 - Selligent, a global marketing automation company, today publicly announced the winners of the Selligent Awards, awarded to leaders in digital marketing across several categories. The ceremony took place on May 21 at the Riviera Summit in Nice where Selligent hosted a record number of marketers and partners for a day of thought leadership on the theme "Exploring 1-to-1 engagement in the age of the hyper-connected customer."

"All the participants, but particularly the winners, exhibited the creativity and marketing excellence required to create successful customer engagement with today's hyper-connected consumer."

Summit speakers included Luca Paderni of Forrester and Roy Vella, both of whom stressed the role of mobile in the lives of the hyper-connected consumer. Panelists also noted the rapid increase in mobile activity across their consumer base and their interest in using the type of mobile engagement features offered by Selligent's omnichannel platform.

To prepare attendees for the technologies of the future, Selligent invited Max Doelle of Kazendi to host a marketing future lab that allowed participants to experiment with emerging technology, including beacons, Apple Watches and Samsung's panorama mobile alerts. Selligent also gave Summit attendees beacons of their own to celebrate the addition of beacon-triggered push messaging to the Selligent software suite.
