The agreement covers the implementation of Selligent software solutions and, notably, its sales force product, destined to be interfaced with ERP systems. Osiatis is an IT services company with activities ranging from service contracts to all types of technical assistance contracts. Their customer target group is mainly made up of large accounts and large SMEs-SMIs. The major shareholders are WB Technologies and the company's employees. Osiatis has more than 1,000 employees in several European countries (France, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg and Spain).
From infrastructure management to pre-sales and prospecting phases
The Osiatis commercial department employs 30 sales engineers, of whom two-thirds are located in the Paris area. A total of 70 employees are equipped with Selligent. Installing the system has facilitated the optimising of data synchronisation, and the modernisation of an outdated interface. It also provided a greater visibility and presence. The properties are such that everyone involved in the company's sales process can use the system, whereas the previous tool was used by some of the sales engineers only and did not have the support of the internal IT department. At the beginning of this year, Osiatis started using the Selligent marketing modules.
