PCM opted for the Selligent CRM solution, very agile and pragmatic, to improve its customer relationship management, more particularly for follow-up and stimulation of loyalty of end-customers in cooperation with its dealers. Faced with the increasing diversity and complexity of the market in which the company is evolving, it has become essential to increase the effectiveness and cohesion of its entire customer processes, which its solution in place - being too unwieldy and its evolution too expensive - could not manage.
