Lixxbail signs up with Selligent

Paris, June 2 - After defining its specifications and carrying out a market study on the different CRM products available, the management of Development and Operations of the LIXXBAIL Group has plumped for the Selligent Xi solution from European supplier Selligent.

“This solution met our expectations best. We needed a sales- and marketing-oriented tool with flexible parameterisation. We chose the Selligent software to meet those requirements”, explains Claudie Marini, the LIXXBAIL Group’s Manager of Development and Operations.

This customer relationship management project, born out of the merger of two information systems, is now being rolled out and customised.

Intended for both LIXXBAIL’s sales network and its marketing management, Selligent Xi will enable the company to manage its marketing activities on the one hand, and to prospect for and track client relationships on the other.

The LIXXBAIL Group is currently setting up an initial pilot site dedicated to its sales force, with the support of integrator Unilog. This site will be available this coming September. The Selligent Xi solution should be operational by the end of 2003.
