Entity/Team:As member of the Selligent Helpdesk you are based in Hasselt (Belgium), with frequent presence in Gosselies/Braine l’Alleud.

Profile:

• You will handle the day to day maintenance of the Saas implementation of Selligent,
• You will be responsible for installing and configuring servers running homemade software solutions,
• You will develop monitoring dashboards with focus on security
• You are familiar with the handling of mass e-mailings on Windows 2003/2008 servers.

Languages:French and English are mandatory, Dutch would be highly appreciated.

Entity/Team:As member of the Selligent Helpdesk you are based in Hasselt (Belgium), with frequent presence in Gosselies/Braine l’Alleud.

Profile:

• You will treat the first and second level helpdesk tasks by using the ticketing system currently in use,
• You will deliver support by phone and by remote control.
• You have a wide range of technical skills with at least a proven experience with database engines as SQL Server and Oracle, and with web development,
• You have strong interpersonal skills, a customercentric attitude and a real understanding of IT customer support requirements.

Profile:

• You will participate actively in the design, development and validation processes.
• You are a dynamic person capable of working autonomously.
• You hold a Bachelors/Masters degree in IT with at least three years’ experience in a similar function. You have a good knowledge of database-driven Internet applications and a very good knowledge of current Web and programming technologies.

Entity/Team:As member of the Selligent Benelux sales staff you will report to the Business Unit Manager Banking & Insurance located in France (Paris).
You will be based in the Netherlands with regular travelling in the Benelux and sometimes to France

Profile:

• You are a senior sales professional of business solutions, capable to initiate complex sales cycles, to orchestrate them and to close them successfully.
• You have an in-depth understanding of the banking and or insurance sector, especially in the Netherlands.
• You have a successful experience as EMA/digital marketing software account manager.

Languages:Native Dutch, fluent English and good oral business level in French.

• Good knowledge of html, css, javascript, asp.net, SQL and database driven websites.
• At least three years’ experience in a similar function. You have a good knowledge of database-driven Internet applications and a very good knowledge of current Web and programming technologies.
• Good sense of responsibility, flexibility and communication with the client to bring your projects to success.
