Selligent has started life in a small and rather difficult "home market": First Belgium - three official languages, different cultures and ways of doing business, then Europe with all its cultural diversity. Right from the start, Selligent had to meet all of these challenges in its CRM solution in order to be successful. It is quite impossible to operate with a rigid "one-size-fits-all" product in this market, unless you can play power politics to enforce its adoption.
