Eric de Bellefroid appointed CMO to boost Selligent's expansion

Gosselies, 15 September 2008 - Selligent has announced the appointment of Eric de Bellefroid (age 49) as its Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). This appointment is part of Selligent’s strategy for the development of both its international activities and solutions.

Before this appointment, Eric de Bellefroid was a consultant and project manager, specialising in CRM, database marketing, geo-marketing and micro-marketing. He has worked on a wide range of projects with leading companies in Belgium and internationally.

The extent and diversity of his expertise, encompassing both CRM and marketing, makes Eric de Bellefroid the ideal candidate for the position of Selligent CMO.

“To support our future growth, it is essential for us to increase our marketing investments”, explained André Lejeune, Selligent’s CEO. “Eric de Bellefroid’s task is to develop our sector-based market approach. This will involve the creation of specialist Business Units offering a portfolio of differentiated solutions, consisting of a careful selection of appropriately configured Selligent modules and the required complementary options”. The main sectors will be finance, industry and services.

Eric de Bellefroid will also be responsible for evaluating the potential of new market segments and opportunities for extending Selligent’s CRM offering. He will be involved in evaluating companies and solutions which are likely to make an effective contribution to the company’s external growth.
