Activity reporting - Contact interaction reporting is made simple by Selligent’s unique system
With Selligent, reporting on contact interactions is efficient and automatic.
You can choose to use our built-in report writer, which will enable you to print your documents and reports, a word processor like Microsoft Word, or alternative reporting tools. Since all relevant data is stored in the Selligent database, users can simply create one report template, tag the relevant data and generate as many reports as required. Furthermore, as the reporting software is relying on one source of information – your Selligent database – you are assured of consistent data being available throughout the company.
With Selligent, designing report templates is both quick and straightforward. The customizable layout, font and formatting can be used with either our built-in report writer or Microsoft Word, or indeed any other word processing program. And inserting merge fields in the report will allow the user to access data to place in the report template.

You can also add personal events and appointments that are private and only visible to you, as well as schedule events to recur daily, weekly, or monthly and automatically receive reminders by pop-up.
Finally, Selligent syncs with groupware (see Groupware synchronization), which will allow you to sync your Selligent agenda to your favorite external calendar.
