The Selligent email marketing solution lets you manage your data in a true data model based on customer interactions instead of a flat list, which can easily become unmanageable. In Selligent you define your main customer profile record, assign purchase transactions, responses to surveys, etc. There is no limit to the number of customer fields in your list, nor is there a predefined format. You have full flexibility to create your own data structure. You can also assign friendly names to customer fields which may be different from the names that appear in your import set. The importing module provides all features required to manage duplicates. It recognizes duplicate users in your data list and handles the merge process to maintain a clean e-mail database.

Selligent is equipped with a very advanced yet intuitive selection and segmentation module. Without any technical database knowledge, marketers can use simple point & click to create complex selections and immediately see the resulting target groups. All available data can be used for target selection, including complete historic view, click data from previous campaigns and answers to surveys from the Selligent survey module. Sample targets for testing purposes can be created automatically when desired.

Selligent automatically enriches your subscriber data with each campaign. All response information is added to the individual consumer profile and translated into behavior metrics that can be used in future selections.
