The Pixmania Group and its subsidiary E-Merchant optimize cross-channel customer experience thanks to Selligent

Selligent, international vendor of conversion marketing and interactive CRM solutions, announces that the Pixmania Group, European e-commerce specialist, and its subsidiary E-Merchant, supplier of an international online sales platform and associated services, have chosen to implement the Selligent Interactive Marketing solution to optimize the targeting of their offers, exploit the various interaction possibilities with their customers, and thus improve customer loyalty through personalized content.

The Pixmania Group, European leader in e-commerce, and its BtoC (Pixmania.com, MyPix.com) and BtoB (Pixmania-pro.com) sites attract over 30 million unique visitors each month. As part of its strategy for continuous innovation and internationalization, Pixmania has expanded its presence into 26 countries and 17 languages, and has pioneered multi-channel approach. The Group has leveraged its experience to provide customers with E-Merchant, a tested platform and related services enabling them to boost their international online sales.

The Group wanted to develop a personalized, cross-channel dialog with its customers to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. Following this approach, the E-merchant subsidiary needed a solution for automating and personalizing all communications with consumers, in any language and any country, in order to enhance its online sales platform.

Following a call for tenders, Pixmania chose the Selligent Interactive Marketing solution. The key criteria for choosing the Selligent solution were its user-friendliness, its easy scenario design and autonomy it offered for managing marketing campaigns. “Due to our strong growth and international development, we needed a multilingual cross-channel solution in order to interact with customers based not only on their history but also on their behavior and preferences.
