SELLIGENT UND E-SYSTEMS VEREINEN IHRE CRM-KRÄFTE FÜR EINE STÄRKERE PRÄSENZ IM SME-MARKT

Zaventem, March 2001 - Belgian CRM vendor Selligent has announced an agreement with E-Systems. The new partner will sell and implement Selligent's product range and provide associated consultancy services. Selligent has chosen E-systems because of its extensive experience within the SME sector.

By signing this agreement, E-Systems commits itself to introduce and implement Selligent 2000, Selligent's CRM software package, in the SME market. "Selligent is always looking for partners specialising in a particular market sector. E-Systems' principal targets are small to medium-sized businesses and non-profit enterprises. Selligent can cover these markets through E-Systems, which would otherwise be more difficult to reach. In this way, Selligent continues to optimise its product portfolio," says Jimmy Van Geit, country manager for Selligent Belux.

In its search for a CRM supplier, E-Systems opted for Selligent because of the completeness of the product and its simple integration with other systems. "Selligent is a software package which can be adapted to the wishes of a small or medium-sized business. It is very simple to integrate with existing systems, which is very important to SMEs. After all, they can't simply throw out their existing systems," adds Jacques Ernoux, founder and managing director of E-Systems.

In June 2000, Selligent launched its new CRM application Selligent 2000. The software package offers a facility for integration with ERP systems and is now also accessible via WAP. Selligent 2000 provides complete integration of all information, whether from the customer database or from an ERP system, allowing for islands of information to be welded into an integral unit.
