Paris, 2 September 2008 – Partners in France for four years, Selligent and SFEIR have announced the extension of their cooperation to Luxembourg. Targeted primarily at the finance sector, this alliance between Selligent and SFEIR Benelux is helping Selligent to strengthen its position in Europe, while SFEIR is confirming its role as a major player in CRM software integration in the financial sector.
On the strength of their effective cooperation and many joint commercial successes in the French market, Selligent and SFEIR aim to meet the growing demand among Luxembourg-based companies and financial institutions in relation to CRM projects. In addition to a shared dynamic based on agility and a collaborative approach, SFEIR’s specialisation in consultancy and IT services in the stock exchange and capital markets sector is reflected in Selligent’s commercial organisation based on sectorial ecosystems. With more than 75% of its customer base in Luxembourg’s financial sector, SFEIR Benelux will be able to draw on the specific experience of Selligent’s Banking and Finance division, with its long list of reference projects.
The European player Selligent is pursuing its strategy of commercial expansion while favouring a high-quality local relationship with its customers. While the CRM market is growing rapidly, in excess of 23% in 2007 according to Gartner (source July 2008), different developments are expected in each business sector. The banking and financial sector is a particularly mature market with regard to CRM and has a growing need for responsiveness.
