Selligent partners BWT France in optimising customer relationships

BWT France, the specialist in the design and manufacture of water treatment systems, has chosen Selligent to optimise its sales and marketing methods, the better to meet customer needs.

Paris, 10 April 2008 – A subsidiary of the Austrian BWT (Best Water Technology) group, BWT France is the market leader in France for industrial water treatment systems in all sectors of industry (including pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, food processing) as well as in the community (health, educational, communal residential institutions) and the domestic market (detached houses). It brings together two companies in particular that specialise in water treatment: Permo (www.permo.tm.fr) and Cillit (www.cillit.tm.fr).

For this, its first CRM project, BWT France has selected="selected"Selligent’s CRM solution to harmonise its methods and improve the flow of information in order to strengthen its relationship with its customers.
