SELLIGENT GEHT PARTNERSCHAFT MIT STERIA EIN

Zaventem, 23rd April 2001 – Selligent, a leading European CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and e-business software company has announced a partnership with the systems integrator Steria. Under the terms of the agreement, Steria will market Selligent 2000, Selligent’s leading CRM solution. The new partnership will cover the sale, implementation and maintenance of Selligent’s CRM software package for the Benelux and the North of France.

Selligent follows an indirect sales strategy to allow the company to devote itself more fully to its R&D of portfolio. “With companies moving from product oriented communication to a more customer-driven approach, CRM will be vital for the systems integration business. Customers are not only looking for a software solution that complies with their needs , but also for a partner who will take full responsibility for the CRM project,” says Jimmy van Geit, Country Manager Belux for Selligent. “ With Steria we have a high quality partner for our customers.”

Steria will be offering a complete solution based upon Selligent 2000. The customer will be supported from needs definition stages right through to the implementation and the ongoing application of Selligent 2000. For Steria, Selligent becomes a local partner, whose proximity provides Steria with immediate reaction and excellent interaction with Selligent’s sales and support department, thus adding value to Steria’s CRM projects.
