Zaventem, 7th June 2001 – Selligent, a leading European CRM ( Customer Relationship Management) and e-business software company, has entered into a distribution agreement with DMD Associates, the specialist in IT solutions for SMEs, to market the Selligent 2000 system. Under the agreement, DMD Associates will sell, implement and offer support for this Selligent product line.

“Selligent decided to partner with DMD Associates because of their expertise in SMEs in the financial sector”, declared Jimmy Van Geit, Selligent’s Benelux Manager. “ DMD Associates are based in Hainaut, which makes them a local partner in Wallonia.”

Selligent attracts various local partners through its partnership policy, which enables the company to bridge cultural and regional differences, important for a successful CRM implementation. “In addition, Selligent is there to assist partners throughout the entire pre-sales and implementation cycle. This allows us to monitor the quality of the implementation of our CRM products”, affirmed Jimmy Van Geit.

“ As a specialist in the implementation of ERP systems, we were looking for a powerful solution to expand our range with Customer Relationship Management”, said Christopher Draye, managing director at DMD Associates. “We decided on Selligent because its solutions could be adapted best to the wishes of our customers. Thanks to Selligent we are now able to offer our customers a full e-business offer which — combined with our ERP solution — manages customer relations and production, as well as logistics and accounts.
