The plastics and glass packaging expert has chosen the Selligent Xi for Windows solution for its sales force

Paris, 13 June 2003 - A loyal user of Selligent’s customer relationship management tools since 1998, CVP, which designs, develops and manufactures plastics and glass packaging for the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries and also specialises in the area of abrasives and FRP, is now using the new version Selligent Xi for Windows.

More ergonomic and more intuitive than its predecessor (Selligent 99), Selligent Xi for Windows enables 25 company employees to manage, organise, transfer and exchange all information required and all details relating to their 13,000 contacts, comprising prospects, customers and suppliers.

“The migration from Selligent 99 to Selligent Xi for Windows was achieved in March of this year. This new version offers greater ease of navigation, improved ergonomics and a wide range of operating features”, explains Chantal Deman, CVP Resources Manager, and also administrator of Selligent Xi for Windows.

With Selligent Xi for Windows, technical and sales field staff can capture new data immediately and share it with the other employees of the company. This replication system, an essential requirement for CVP, allows the 25 users to work together under all circumstances.

Some features of Selligent Xi for Windows :
· Sales process management
· Integration of Lotus Notes and Microsoft Outlook,
· Simplification of the generation of questionnaires for marketing campaigns
· Reassembly of the script editor interface.
