Gosselies / Milan, February 13th 2002 - C&D Technology, a Technical Integrator specialised in value-added software, solutions and services, has announced an important distribution partnership with Selligent, the privately-owned European CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and e-business software company.

“The Selligent CRM platform offers a real competitive advantage. It makes the most of both sales and marketing resources by improving the relationships between companies and customers and offering high quality services”, said Antonio Milano, managing director at C&D Technology. “C&D Technology can offer all of the services to facilitate the introduction, deployment and rollout of Selligent software”.

In particular, C&D Technology will distribute the Selligent Xi product line, a new generation of CRM software which offers a very high level of process integration in the entire Customer life cycle.

“Our goal is to offer software solutions with functionality that is diversified for each country. It is strategic for Selligent to have a distribution network in all European countries”, adds Michel Doric, Managing Director Selligent France and Vice President Southern Europe. “C&D Technology will play a key role in the distribution of Selligent solutions in Italy ”.
