Job description

As a Web & Campaign Developer, you will have a major role in delivering projects for customers in strategic new global regions. You will ensure that our clients’ interactive omnichannel communication campaigns successfully engage customers and drive business results. These engagement initiatives will seamlessly flow across email, web and mobile channels to best engage customers whenever, wherever and however meets their needs most effectively.

You will create these campaigns in Selligent’s Engagement Studio, consulting with the client throughout to help understand and execute against their briefs. You will immerse yourself in the project, implement it and take charge of bringing it to a successful conclusion.

You are able to drive how data will be generated and structured in Selligent. For the data generation, you will coordinate with other teams in the company.

  • Retain, grow and develop account through daily interaction with clients and periodic onsite visits at client and partner’s offices.

Description

Requirements

  • Identify gaps and design data integration architectures for customers that use Selligent platform and data from other vendors.
  • Figure out how to make every system within our customer base faster and be more scalable by effectively using data.
  • Determine suitability of existing data architecture, models, application capabilities and product lines and assist our customers adopt innovative and advanced technologies for optimizing user experience for data sharing, integration, collaboration.
  • Evaluate datasets, analytical tools, application features along with user-operational scenarios and supporting roles to ensure underlying framework is scalable and flexible to support evolving mission needs.
  • Ensure high level requirements, based on user's needs, are consistent, complete, correct and operationally defined and can be met with Selligent platform.
  • Ensure technical designs and related deliverables appropriately reflect stakeholder collaboration/agreements.
  • Interface with design and implementation engineers and architects to identify risks, issues, and opportunities and collaborate on solutions.

Job Description

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating and managing the overall provision of Human Resources activities, services, policies, and programs in the US. The HR Manager originates and leads HR practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment and the recruitment and ongoing development of the US workforce.

The major areas directed are recruiting and staffing, improvement systems, organization development, employment and compliance to regulatory concerns, employment orientation, development and training, policy development and documentation, employee relations, immigration, company-wide committee facilitation, company employee communication, compensation and benefits administration, welfare, wellness and health, employee services and counseling.

The HR Manager coordinates implementation of services, policies and programs, reports to the Chief Talent Officer in Belgium and assists and advices company executives and managers about HR issues.

OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT

  • Initiate and maintain HRIS systems that will improve management of HR.
  • Oversee ADP Workforce Now payroll management.
  • Partner and coordinate with HR Specialist in regards to Offer letters, new hires/onboarding and attritions.
  • Ensures all staff receives an annual performance evaluation.
  • Provide administration support for Immigration cases.

BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION

  • Oversees annual Open Enrollment process, plan Health and Wellness Initiatives, conducts Benefits Orientations and manage online Benefits systems.
  • Addresses Leave of Absences including FMLA, CFRA, PDL and PFL and Workers Compensation matters.

LEADERSHIP PLANNING

  • Provides & Advise HR matters by consulting with managers and staff.
  • Keeps apprised of HR policies, regulations, legal compliance.
  • Researches, analyzes and makes recommendations on classification and compensation changes.
  • Supervises Human Resources Specialist.

RECRUITMENT & HIRING

  • Responsible for recruiting and retaining a highly effective workforce.
  • Leads efforts to identify and recruit strong candidates, including cultivating relationships with third party recruiters.
