Position

Within the Engineering team you will support the software development by:

  • Identifying design and implementation errors as early as possible in the development process by designing test plans and cases.
  • Monitoring the quality of the software (updates) by executing and validating regression tests.
  • Implementing test automation: Integration testing, API testing, system testing, UI testing, white box testing.
  • You will be based at our headquarters at the south-east side of the Brussels area.

 

Profile

  • Higher educated in IT / Engineering or equivalent through experience
  • Proven working experience in software quality assurance
  • Team player
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Fluent in French and English, Dutch is a plus

 

Technical skills

  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
  • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (Selenium, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and scripting

  • Bachelor degree.

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will have a major role in assisting Selligent clients and partners in resolving any issues that they may have in working with the platform.  These issues may cover a wide range of topics or components within the platform itself, including email, content, reporting, database queries and more. Providing top tier technical support and client service through these instances will be the key responsibility of the Technical Support Engineer.

You will be a part of a close-knit, but widely distributed team that spans 5 countries in two continents, that is driven, passionate about problem solving, and operates in a fast-paced, high-technology environment.  The role will provide ample opportunity for learning new things, meeting new challenges, and the ability to adapt to different environments and use-cases.

 

Duties

  • Monitor ticket system and inbound requests for new or updated activities.
  • React by taking appropriate steps based on the type of case activity.
  • Decisively engage with the case by reproducing and replicating the issue, troubleshooting and diagnosing potential issues with the platform, and coordinating with internal teams.
  • Confidently and proactively communicate status with clients and partners, driving towards case resolution.
  • Monitor and process system and service alerts to help meet availability requirements.
  • Thoroughly document client issues, steps taken throughout the investigation, and resolution steps for all cases.
  • Follow team processes and policies, striving to honor contractual service level agreements
  • Periodically participate in the shared on-call weekend, evening, and holiday rotation.

 

Required Skills

Job Description
As  a Technical Project Manager (TPM), you will be responsible for the operational success of a regional portfolio of clients and partners. Managing project status and client communications during the on-boarding and then the on-going periods, you’ll oversee allocating resources, such as front and backend developers, to execute development tasks according to your project plan. 
Duties

  • Efficiently project manage new client launches and existing client programs, always paying close attention to detail.
  • Become a subject matter expert on Selligent’s product and integrations with other systems.
  • Serve as a single point of contact for the client, partner, and internal stakeholders, as the subject matter expert and key facilitator on the operational aspect of the client’s program.
  • Work with internal teams, via the clients and partners, to help with resolution of any outstanding support cases or other issues, such as product feedback, and program roadmaps.

Job Description
As an Instructional Designer, you will have a major role in ensuring that Selligent clients and partners are provided with the most effective learning videos possible. Our team needs someone with a passion for writing scripts! While you will be responsible for creating videos from storyboard to final product, you will also be the writing expert on the team - other instructional designers will turn to you for ideas on how to strengthen their scripting skills to be creative and more personable.
We are an innovative and creative team focused on delivering the best learning experience to our customers. You will own your assigned videos from conception to final publication. This is an exciting time for our learning program - we've produced our first videos and are in the process of building out our video library. 
Duties

  • Design innovative learning that compels the Learner to meet objectives.
  • Collaborate with our global product SMEs, and other Learning team members to develop learning videos.
  • Actively participate in the Storyboarding process of designing the learning, before taking ownership of your respective video and beginning the scripting process.
  • Add creative flair to your scripts and provide ideas when editing your peer's scripts.
  • Use your audio skills to record voice-over talent for each video, and produce the associated screencasts. If you're interested in being a voice-over talent, all the better!
  • Next comes the post-production phase where you'll be marrying voice to screencast and adding artistic touches with the help of the Creative Director and Production Specialist.
  • Be responsible for developing quizzes for your courses with the help of our Assessment Specialist.
  • Review content for revision and continuous improvement purposes.
  • Continuously enhance and develop your learning design skills.

Selligent is searching for a Technical Project Manager to join our rapidly growing team. We are looking for a well-rounded individual that is self-motivated and reliable. The ideal candidate will have the perfect mix of a welcoming client-facing personality, strong project management skills, and a desire to be involved in technology.
As a Technical Project Manager, you will be in charge of the operational success for a set of Benelux-based clients. By leading the project plan, during both the on-boarding phase, and then the on-going period, you’ll be in charge of  allocating resources, such as front and backend developers to execute the development task according to your project plan. At Selligent, Technical Project Managers have a good mix of fast paced work and longer term planning. You’ll engage regularly with Support Services to tackle operational tasks, along with partnering closely with a Relationship Manager, helping to grow a client’s programs over time,

Web & Campaign Developer

As a Web & Campaign Developer you will be taking on a major role in elaborating customer-focused projects. You will ensure that the interactive communication scenarios sent out to customer contacts by email, mobile push, SMS and over the web run faultlessly. You will put these campaigns together in Selligent tools and consult with the client. You will immerse yourself in the project, implement it and take charge of bringing the entire communication channeled through Selligent to a successful conclusion.
You will therefore have a role which is technically executive as well as coordinating. You will put together the campaign in SIM, based on a briefing from your marketing customer. You will be his sparring partner and you fulfill the campaign. You will be responsible for the proper conduct of the campaign from launch to reporting. It is important that you have a passion for online communication and are not satisfied until the customer is too.
