Job Description

As a Mobile App Consultant in the Solutions Services team, you will have the opportunity to learn how to build off of our SDK and provide feedback to our Engineering team. You will build apps for Selligent and work together with customers to support them building their own apps.

You will mentor other technical consultants on best practices to ensure high quality mobile project delivery. You push the limits and dreaming up new features and design to further revolutionize our customer’s customer’s online and mobile experience.

Job description

As a Web & Campaign Developer, you will have a major role in delivering projects for customers in strategic new global regions. You will ensure that our clients’ interactive omnichannel communication campaigns successfully engage customers and drive business results. These engagement initiatives will seamlessly flow across email, web and mobile channels to best engage customers whenever, wherever and however meets their needs most effectively.

You will create these campaigns in Selligent’s Engagement Studio, consulting with the client throughout to help understand and execute against their briefs. You will immerse yourself in the project, implement it and take charge of bringing it to a successful conclusion.

You are able to drive how data will be generated and structured in Selligent. For the data generation, you will coordinate with other teams in the company.

  • You have mastered the online medium at a technical level. You are completely familiar with HTML5, jQuery and CSS3. You have mastered one or more graphic tools such as Photoshop or another to a level such that you can edit a design and convert it into HTML on your own.

  • You have limited experience in .NET Framework, C#.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Bachelor degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years total experience, with hybrid of public accounting and industry mix strongly preferred.
  • Experience with revenue process operationally and technically in industry.
  • CPA Preferred.

Position

As a support engineer you will provide support, advice and practical assistance to clients, partners and colleagues via the support portal, telephone system and remote software tools. You are the first point of contact for all technical and operational enquiries, you diagnose problems and identify appropriate solutions, taking into account the applied service levels.
You ensure a daily follow up on open requests and provide accurate feedback to the client.
You follow standard procedures for proper internal escalations on unresolved cases. 

You document recurring problems by means of notes and technical articles through the knowledge base.

You ensure the proper functioning of the SaaS platform and react proactively on anomalies detected by the automated monitoring system.

You are based in Hasselt and report into the EU Support Manager

Job Description

Selligent is looking for an experienced attorney to join our team.  The US Corporate Counsel will primarily focus on reviewing, analyzing, negotiating and crafting changes to our customer agreements and contracts.  As a small, dynamic organization this position will also assist on a variety of additional corporate matters ranging from audit support and litigation management to IP protection and liability mitigation.  Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Review, analyze, negotiate and draft changes to customer provided contracts and/or changes to company standard contracts. Assist with revisions to company standard contracts.  Draft and negotiate company service agreements and related agreements.
  • Counsel internal clients and stakeholders on the implications of various terms and conditions of agreements and ensure that all contracts comply with the company's internal legal and business standard operating procedures.
  • Apply innovative problem solving skills and business judgment during contract negotiations to minimize risk for the company and foster long-term business relations.
  • Assist finance department with audit support and demand letters.
  • Assist with protection of IP rights, including trademark and copyright registrations, monitoring abuse of company IP and sending cease and desist letters; manage/oversee outside counsel work on pending patent applications.

As a Sr. Solutions Consultant, you will partner with both the sales and relationship management teams to present overall business-driven technology solutions to prospective and existing clients. Responsabilities

  • Function as the technical point of contact & product expert for the sales and account management teams

Job Description

The Vice President Enterprise Sales is responsible for running a high performance sales team which meets or exceeds quarterly and annual bookings targets. Provide guidance on value proposition, positioning, market strategy, and priorities for portfolio of Selligent solutions (products & services).

Direct responsibility for hiring, training, and performance management of direct reports. Facilitate resolution of major sales objections presented by customers to sales representatives. Present credible experience/solutions to the key decision makers.



Requirements

Sales Behavior and Sales Methodology

  • Inspect sales opportunities by leading from the front with the sales team members.
  • Responsible for the details of individual deals to ensure quality transactions are completed on time.


Forecasting and Board Reporting

  • Quarterly forecasting, with monthly results and weekly status.
  • Enable the Selligent culture of transparency in forecasting from the customer and through sales team.


Demand Generation and Data Quality

  • Ensure all reps are executing on data quality standards for opportunities, accounts and activity against named accounts in territory.
  • Ensure demand generation across named accounts; getting deep and wide in organization with appropriate executive sponsorship.


Contracts

  • Lead contract negotiations from a business perspective with help of the Selligent's Legal team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of field sales or other account-based sales/marketing development roles. (Previous management experience a plus).
