Job Description

Selligent is seeking an exceptional marketing candidate to lead planning and execution of marketing campaigns. The qualified candidate will be able to demonstrate a successful history in a marketing role with an enterprise B2B software company, including responsibilities driving new customer acquisition, sales pipeline nurturing, and targeted account marketing. This position will report directly to the Director of Marketing.

Requirements:

  • Design, build, manage, and execute marketing automation campaigns (email, landing pages, etc.) with an emphasis on customer and prospect nurture programs.
  • Collaborate with campaign strategists on marketing automation tool capabilities to maximize campaign effectiveness; deliver on objectives.
  • Create campaigns and lead tracking in SFDC.
  • Engage with Sales Reps & Managers to process quality leads and measure success of leads
  • Develop and execute an email strategy that appeals to our target customer and improves email channel performance.
    • Manage email calendar, QA email campaigns, and manage email list and deliverability.
    • Run targeted emails and A/B tests, tracking performance and adapting strategy to continuously improve performance.
    • Create campaign reports to monitor campaign performance.
  • Generate weekly Marketing ROI analysis with actionable insights that result in new optimization efforts.
  • Perform business analysis tasks: identify opportunities for improvement in existing business processes and apply solutions to remove bottlenecks and solve stakeholder problems.
  • Excellent computer skills; advanced knowledge of HTML, Marketing Automation systems (Eloqua and Demandbase), and CRM Systems (Salesforce.com).
  • Solid proofreading skills (specifically online marketing).

Profile

Work in a team environment 
To sell the company’s digital marketing solution suite and help growing the business
Generate business opportunities through professional, dedicated prospecting and (cold-)calling activities 
Utilizes solutions, use cases, service and telemarketing expertise to detect leads, opportunities, RFI’s etc. in the market
Making outbound calls into medium and large companies also at “C”- level
Handles inbound calls from potential leads responding to marketing and advertising campaigns, events, web-site visits, press releases etc.
Recalls on previous contacts
Acquire knowledge of the verticals we are approaching in collaboration with sales
Initiate marketing activities to generate entry points
Does a mapping of companies in the target groups before approaching
Regular contact with prospects, identify need and pains
Build and maintain prospect relationships
Transfers qualified projects, budgets, timing to sales at appropriate time
Consistently meet quotas and objectives

 

Job requirements

1+ years of sales experience with a proven success record in an outbound call environment
Excellent oral and written communications skills

Within the Engineering team you will support the software development by:

  • Identifying design and implementation errors as early as possible in the development process by designing test plans and cases.
  • Monitoring the quality of the software (updates) by executing and validating regression tests.
