Job Description

As a Mobile App Consultant in the Solutions Services team, you will have the opportunity to learn how to build off of our SDK and provide feedback to our Engineering team. You will build apps for Selligent and work together with customers to support them building their own apps.

Responsibilities

  • Function as the technical point of contact & product expert for the sales and account management teams.

Selligent is searching for a Technical Project Manager to join our rapidly growing team. We are looking for a well-rounded individual that is self-motivated and reliable. The ideal candidate will have the perfect mix of a welcoming client-facing personality, strong project management skills, and a desire to be involved in technology.

As a Technical Project Manager, you will be in charge of the operational success for a set of UK-based clients. By leading the project plan, during both the on-boarding phase, and then the on-going period, you’ll be in charge of  allocating resources, such as front and backend developers to execute the development task according to your project plan. At Selligent, Technical Project Managers have a good mix of fast paced work and longer term planning. You’ll engage regularly with Support Services to tackle operational tasks, along with partnering closely with a Relationship Manager, helping to grow a client’s programs over time.

 

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently project manage the project plan for new client launches and existing client program extensions, always paying close attention to detail and scope.
  • Become a subject matter expert on Selligent Engagement Sphere and other Selligent tool sets.

As a Web & Campaign Developer, you will have a major role in delivering projects for customers in strategic new global regions. You will ensure that our clients’ interactive omnichannel communication campaigns successfully engage customers and drive business results. These engagement initiatives will seamlessly flow across email, web and mobile channels to best engage customers whenever, wherever and however meets their needs most effectively.

You are able to drive how data will be generated and structured in Selligent. For the data generation, you will coordinate with other teams in the company.

Selligent is looking for an experienced attorney to join our team.  The US Corporate Counsel will primarily focus on reviewing, analyzing, negotiating and crafting changes to our customer agreements and contracts.  As a small, dynamic organization this position will also assist on a variety of additional corporate matters ranging from audit support and litigation management to IP protection and liability mitigation.  Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Review, analyze, negotiate and draft changes to customer provided contracts and/or changes to company standard contracts. Assist with revisions to company standard contracts.  Draft and negotiate company service agreements and related agreements.
  • Counsel internal clients and stakeholders on the implications of various terms and conditions of agreements and ensure that all contracts comply with the company's internal legal and business standard operating procedures.
  • Apply innovative problem solving skills and business judgment during contract negotiations to minimize risk for the company and foster long-term business relations.
  • Assist finance department with audit support and demand letters.

  • Mentor team members on various advanced marketing and technical initiatives
  • Work closely with Product Management to prioritize prospect/customer requests by thoroughly documenting user stories and associated business case

Qualifications

  • Superior problem solving and accurate solution scoping abilities
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
  • Knowledge of DBMS -- both row and columnar database concepts
  • Proficient in Web Services, HTML, CSS, scripting languages such as Javascript
  • Proficient in articulating the value of distributed computing and SaaS concepts
  • Highly coachable with a strong desire to improve and grow as a professional
  • Minimum of 4 years of pre-sales experience with a comparable solution provider or digital agency

Requirements

  • Efficiently & project manage the onboarding project plan for new customers with attention to detail and scope.
  • Work with Support (and other internal teams) along with the customer to help with resolution of any outstanding support cases or other other issues. This might also involve project management of long running engagements.
  • Ensure the customer is provided adequate and appropriate training, as well as any required handoff materials.
  • Become a subject matter expert on Selligent Engagement Sphere and other Selligent platforms.
  • Serve as a single point of contact for the Customer and Relationship Manager.
  • Guide and proactively ensure customers are getting the best results by advising and implementing Industry Best Practices.
  • Assist the Technical Project Services Team in improving and/or streamlining training and reference material for Internal Use (Case Studies, How to Guides, etc.).
