Job description

As a Campaign Developer you take on a major part in creating and updating the company's marketing programs on an international level. You have a role which is technically executive as well as coordinating:

  • Together with our web master, designer and marketing coordinators, you will implement marketing programs making use of our marketing automation solution and based on the marketing strategy of the company.
  • You manage, monitor and maintain the company's ongoing campaigns, both from a content and technical perspective, using our software.
  • You create innovative marketing use cases to drive the lead generation and nurturing processes as well as the communication flows towards our customers, partners and internal staff. You are happy to work with data when it comes to generate target segments via customer intelligence tools.
  • You process the entire communication scenario: from analyzing the messages for SMS, e-mail, website, push notification,… delivered by the marketing department to converting the content into attractive & responsive HTML and setting up the entire campaign in our tools.
  • You have a good understanding of the objectives of a campaign, the content, the underlying data and the software needed to process.
  • You support the webmaster in web development projects when needed.
  • You report on a regular base to the Marketing Manager. You work internally with very occasional travel in Europe.

 

Profile

  • You have mastered the online medium at a technical level: you are completely familiar with HTML, jQuery, JavaScript, PHP and CSS. You have mastered one or more graphic tools such as the Adobe CS Suite,… to a level such that you can edit a design and convert into HTML on your own.
  • You have a few years’ experience in online/digital marketing.
  • You have experience in SQL and database-driven websites.
  • You have experience in building websites with Drupal.
  • You are meticulous, you have an eye for detail and a highly developed sense of responsibility.
  • It is important that you have a passion for online communication and are not satisfied until your internal customers are too.
  • You speak Dutch or French and English fluently.

Position

As a Sales Executive, you will make a critical contribution to our sales efforts, assisting the Iberian Peninsula’s Sales Director in achieving quarterly revenue and booking targets. Leveraging your analytical and creative approach skills, you will prepare and present innovative product demonstrations, highlighting the use and value of Selligent’s platform to prospective clients. You will receive hands-on training and get to work with a Sales & Marketing team that is both driven and committed to continue the successful in the Spanish market.

 

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage lead development pipeline
  • Cold-call prospects that are generated by external sources of lead generation 

  • Collaborate with the Sales Director to determine sales approaches 

  • Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects. 

  • Set up and deliver sales presentations, and other sales activities.
  • Qualify leads and work to close business
  • Support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events
  • Proactively communicate Selligent's product and industry knowledge to prospects and customers
  • Participate in sales calls and prospective client meetings using a highly consultative approach to the sales process
  • Travel, as required, domestically up to 30%

You will immerse yourself in the project, implement it and take charge of bringing the entire communication channeled through Selligent to a successful conclusion.

You will therefore have a role which is technically executive as well as coordinating. You will put together the campaign in SIM, based on a briefing from your marketing customer. You will be his sparring partner and you fulfill the campaign. You will be responsible for the proper conduct of the campaign from launch to reporting. Description

Selligent is recruiting a Talent Acquisition Manager responsible for the proactive and strategic sourcing of high quality staff throughout geographical areas utilizing a variety of mediums including recruitment websites, job boards and social media. The Talent Acquisition Manager is also in charge of the related talent management programs, including on-boarding, career planning, assessing job competencies and job design. The Talent Acquisition position will report into the VP Operations. 

 

Position

  • Develops innovative, creative, and proactive sourcing strategies to develop high quality active and passive candidate pipelines.
  • ffectively builds and engages with talent communities through social media.
  • Ensures qualified high potential candidates are supplied to stakeholders in response to their Talent Acquisition needs through sourcing and screening candidates and applying relevant assessment techniques /practices.
  • Conducts regular follow-up to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation with management.
  • Develops and executes the onboarding program to ensure the earliest success of newly acquired talent
