  • Function as the technical point of contact & product expert for the sales and account management teams
  • Conduct discovery sessions directly with prospective and existing clients to gather business and technology requirements

As a Web & Campaign Developer in the Product Management team, you take on a major part in creating and updating materials supporting sales & pre-sales activities. You have a role which is technically executive as well as coordinating.

You are involved at a very early stage in product innovation at Selligent. Together with the Product Managers, you will think of use cases and detailed scenarios for sales & pre-sales. You are their sparring partner and one of the very first users of new products while creating the sales demo scenarios. Therefore you take a natural part in the user testing process and provide feedback to help improve the platform before it’s even released into the market.

You have a good understanding of the objectives of a marketing campaign and the message that needs to reach the audience. You are able to create the entire communication scenario: from writing the messages for e-mail, website, SMS, push notification,… to creating the content and converting it into attractive HTML.

Based upon these scenarios, you will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of these marketing campaigns in the Selligent platform.

You are able to drive how data will be generated and structured in Selligent. For the data generation, you will coordinate with other teams in the company.

Presales in acquisition phase

  • Support the Key Account Manager(s) in achieving the team’s sales objectives
  • Technical counterpart in building up relationships with prospects

Tasks

As a Support Agent you will provide support, advice and practical assistance to clients, partners and colleagues via the support portal, telephone system and remote software tools. You are the first point of contact for all technical and operational enquiries, you diagnose problems and identify appropriate solutions, taking into account the applied service levels.
You ensure a daily follow up on open requests and provide accurate feedback to the client.
You follow standard procedures for proper internal escalations on unresolved cases.  

You document recurring problems by means of notes and technical articles through the knowledge base.

You ensure the proper functioning of the SaaS platform and react proactively on anomalies detected by the automated monitoring system.

You are based in Munich and report into the EU Support Manager

 

Profile

  • Higher educated in IT or equivalent through experience

Position

As a Campaign Executor, you will have a major role in delivering customer projects. You will ensure that our clients’ interactive omnichannel communication campaigns successfully engage customers and drive business results. These engagement initiatives will seamlessly flow across email, web and mobile channels to best engage customers whenever, wherever and however meets their needs most effectively.

You will create these campaigns in Selligent’s Campaign tool, consulting with the client throughout to help understand and execute against their briefs. You will immerse yourself in the project, implement it and take charge of bringing it to a successful conclusion.

 

Responsibilities

Review the communication scenarios with customers and design the messages for delivery by SMS, e-mail and web. You will convert the information created by the customer into a campaigns in our platform. 


Understand the objectives of the campaign, the message that needs to reach the target audience, the underlying data needed to enable the campaign and how to orchestrate it in Campaign.

Responsibilities:

Requirements

  • Review revenue contracts for compliance with the company’s revenue recognition policy and internal controls
  • Ongoing processing of revenue transactions, including preparation and documentation of revenue calculations, entry of all sales related transactions and preparation of any revenue related journal entries
