Selligent is searching for a Sr. Solutions Consultant to join our rapidly growing team. We are looking for a well-rounded individual that is self-motivated and reliable. The ideal candidate will have the perfect mix of strong customer-facing skills and a strong technical background.

As a Sr. Solutions Consultant, you will partner with both the sales and relationship management teams to present overall business-driven technology solutions to prospective and existing clients. Responsibilities

  • Function as the technical point of contact product expert for the sales and account management teams
  • Conduct discovery sessions directly with prospective and existing clients to gather business and technology requirements

  • Work closely with Product Management to prioritize prospect/customer requests by thoroughly documenting user stories and associated business case

Qualifications

  • Superior problem solving and accurate solution scoping abilities

  • Knowledge of DBMS -- both row and columnar database concepts

Providing top tier technical support and client service through these instances will be the key responsibility of the Technical Support Engineer.

You will be a part of a close-knit, but widely distributed team that spans 5 countries in two continents, that is driven, passionate about problem solving, and operates in a fast-paced, high-technology environment.  The role will provide ample opportunity for learning new things, meeting new challenges, and the ability to adapt to different environments and use-cases.

Selligent is searching for a Data Integration Engineer to join our Customer Success Team. This role will be responsible for working with new and existing customers to solve their data challenges.  The role will report to the Director, Project Services – West.

Requirements

  • Identify gaps and design data integration architectures for customers that use Selligent platform and data from other vendors.
  • Figure out how to make every system within our customer base faster and be more scalable by effectively using data.
  • Determine suitability of existing data architecture, models, application capabilities and product lines and assist our customers adopt innovative and advanced technologies for optimizing user experience for data sharing, integration, collaboration.
  • Evaluate datasets, analytical tools, application features along with user-operational scenarios and supporting roles to ensure underlying framework is scalable and flexible to support evolving mission needs.
  • Ensure high level requirements, based on user's needs, are consistent, complete, correct and operationally defined and can be met with Selligent platform.
  • Ensure technical designs and related deliverables appropriately reflect stakeholder collaboration/agreements.
  • Interface with design and implementation engineers and architects to identify risks, issues, and opportunities and collaborate on solutions.

Qualifications

  • BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline required (advanced degree preferred).
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience is required across system architecture, application integration, software lifecycle development methodologies and on-hands experience with delivering user application capabilities and continuous enhancements. Agile framework experience required.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure considerations for integrating interfacing systems leveraging web services and cloud platform.
  • Good understanding of MSSQL and PostgreSQL.
  • Solid understanding of C#, and either Java or Groovy.

As a Data Integration Engineer, you will have a major role in ensuring that Selligent clients and partners deliver interactive campaigns that successfully engage customers and drive business results. These campaigns will rely on data reaching Selligent’s platform, and can then be executed over email, web, mobile, and social channels.   • Lead the local marketing strategy and execution in your dedicated region, with expertise and a constant focus on driving results
  • Develop and deliver field marketing programs across Belgium, Netherlands and Luxemburg, working closely with the Sales organisation to drive pipeline growth and awareness

Within the Engineering team you will support the software development by:

  • Identifying design and implementation errors as early as possible in the development process by designing test plans and cases.
  • Monitoring the quality of the software (updates) by executing and validating regression tests.

Selligent Systems is searching for a Relationship Manager to join our Client Services Team to take responsibility for the day-to-day management of named Selligent clients. Reporting to a Director, the Relationship Manager will be the primary advocate for the client.

 

Requirements

  • Retain, grow and develop account through daily interaction with clients and periodic onsite visits at client and partner’s offices.
  • Understand and document use of the Selligent application and services to support client’s marketing & communication goals and increase engagement by developing a contextual messaging focus with their consumers.
  • Develop call and in-person meeting cycle for existing accounts to discuss usage and adoption of advanced product features.
  • Identify opportunities within your client’s marketing and communication strategy that can be improved via incremental usage of Selligent products and services
