Position

As a Campaign Executor, you will have a major role in delivering customer projects. You will ensure that our clients’ interactive omnichannel communication campaigns successfully engage customers and drive business results. These engagement initiatives will seamlessly flow across email, web and mobile channels to best engage customers whenever, wherever and however meets their needs most effectively.

You will create these campaigns in Selligent’s Campaign tool, consulting with the client throughout to help understand and execute against their briefs. You will immerse yourself in the project, implement it and take charge of bringing it to a successful conclusion.

 

Responsibilities

Review the communication scenarios with customers and design the messages for delivery by SMS, e-mail and web. You will convert the information created by the customer into a campaigns in our platform. 


Understand the objectives of the campaign, the message that needs to reach the target audience, the underlying data needed to enable the campaign and how to orchestrate it in Campaign.

Description

After an in-depth training in our SIM (Selligent Interactive Marketing) tools you manage and develop projects that connect our marketing suite with systems in a customer’s landscape. These integrations could be back-end file transfers or real-time API connections.
Apart from that you will write C#.Net web services, plug-ins and mini-sites on top of our platform to deliver a tailor-made solution that fits our client's needs.

We are looking for a Solution Consultant to reinforce the Selligent BeNeLux sales team.
The SC will have a diversity of tasks:

 

Primary tasks:

  • Partner recruitment
  • Presales in acquisition phase

 

Partner recruitment phase

  • Solution positioning/presentation/demo to potential new partners
  • Deal with technical & functional questions

 

Partner mature phase

  • Support partners in an early phase of lead development (team-up with the partner in developing the need for Selligent and present Selligent as a strategic solution in the prospects marketing ambitions and fitting the partner’s business model; participation in workshops)
  • Help them with the preparation of demoes, RFP answering, Q&A,s etc.
  • Business consultancy function: in cooperation with the partner: discuss and communicate with the prospect or customer (also on CxO-level).
  • Partner animation: lead business & inspiration sessions at the partner (roadmap presentations, business consultancy discussions, share best practices) in order to help developing the partner to go to the next level of expertise in the field of sales (no training!). Assist in bringing the Selligent solutions at top of mind at the partner (sales team).
  • Act as a valuable back-up in case partners have functional or conceptual questions in sales phases

 

Presales in acquisition phase

  • Support the Key Account Manager(s) in achieving the team sales objectives.
  • Be the business, functional and technical expert in sales cycles
  • Assist the Business Development Manager & Key Account Manager(s) in making the deal during the pre-sales phase. Together with the BDM & KAM, the SC will
    • Identify and document the customer’s core business needs and translate them into Selligent Solutions (Interactive Marketing, Target, CDM)

    • Fill out and answer prospects’ questionnaires, RFP’s, Tenders etc.
