AN INNOVATIVE APPROACH FROM SELLIGENT, INTEGRATING OPERATIONAL CRM, ANALYTICAL CRM AND CMS
Available since 31 March, the new platform incorporates hundreds of new functionalities and features, notably the interoperability of operational CRM, analytical CRM - Selligent AnalytiX - and Web content management - Selligent Web Content. This new suite formalises the harmonious union between relationships, knowledge and messages and brings a whole new dimension to CRM.
Operational CRM/analytical CRM combination
The new Selligent X@ 7.10 further strengthens the interaction between operational CRM and analytical CRM (Selligent AnalytiX). Selligent has seamlessly integrated operational Selligent data within analytical universes and offers a range of predefined analyses for all marketing, sales and service interactions. Staff can access these analyses and view customer interactions at the click of a mouse, thanks to instant analytical views.
Other distinguishing features of this fully integrated module are the drill-up and drill-down functions and the option of reusing data obtained from measurements produced by Selligent AnalytiX in operational CRM (drill-through), at the click of a mouse.
The drill-up and drill-down functions can be activated in graphics produced on the basis of analyses. For example, these new functionalities allow users to target, within a new campaign, all customers who have purchased the company's five flagship products over the last year, simply by clicking an option in a Selligent analytical view.
CRM/CMS combination
This year the Internet has overtaken television and the written press to become the leading advertising medium, measured on the basis of budget allocation. This clearly proves that the Internet is now the information channel of choice.
Selligent Web Content, a user-friendly solution for creating dynamic and personalised websites, extranet and intranet sites, now incorporates self-service functionalities from the Selligent CRM solution based on Selligent "screenlets" and instant reports.
"Screenlets" are a type of functional building block which can be used to integrate, with just a few clicks of the mouse, all or part of a consultation or input screen from the Selligent CRM solution in Selligent Web Content pages. Users can therefore interact with the CRM solution at any time from a Selligent Web Content page. For example, customer or partner operations can be integrated in a specific process.
Likewise, instant reports (a kind of visual building block) can be used to integrate all types of information extracted from the Selligent CRM solution in Selligent Web Content pages. This option enables users to view formatted information from the Selligent CRM solution at any time in a Selligent Web Content page. He or she simply needs to decide the required format for this information on the web pages.
What's more, the new Selligent X@ 7.10 suite offers a unique centralised document management system. Selligent Document Management manages documents (Office, HTML, notes, images, etc.) from a single location and ensures their homogeneous use throughout the Selligent suite. This functionality also administers the file tree structure, versions and the validity of documents. Selligent Document Management is therefore fully and transparently integrated in CRM and CMS. This brings a new dimension to document monitoring, regardless of the exchange method (e-mail, e-mailing, Internet, etc.).
The new Selligent X@ 7.10 suite marks an important step in Selligent's all-encompassing view of the customer. It allows users to effortlessly manage marketing campaigns, measure their impact and reactions/Internet navigation using personalised online information and to analyse operational feedback, which can then be used to decide and implement new actions. Thus completing the (Internet) loop!
