Selligent is the first software publisher to integrate as standard the brand new EasyNumber services stemming from joint venture between Coface and Creditreform
Gosselies, 29 June 2007 At the same time as the launch of the EasyNumber services by Coface and Creditreform, Selligent, a Franco-Belgian company which has become one of the leading CRM publishers in Europe, has announced that the EasyNumber services will be integrated as standard in its new Selligent X@ suite. From now on Selligent X@ users will be able to access an international repository of their prospective and actual clients. This enables them to conduct a comprehensive search on an organisation (company location details, financial information, solvency, etc.) and thus ensure that their databases maintain their integrity over time.
One of the decisive aspects in the success of a CRM project consists of building in databases which are reliable, updated on a regular basis and easy to look up by users. This feature stems from the fact that any business implementing a CRM solution wishes to capitalise on its customer file with a view to increasing its turnover: the intention is to sell intelligently, avoiding in particular the pitfalls associated with customer insolvency.
Aware of this situation, Selligent has found the ideal solution in EasyNumber. "We are totally familiar with Coface, which is one of our strategic customers", explains Selligent CEO André Lejeune. "It is therefore quite natural that our two companies should have recognised the numerous benefits that integration of our solutions would bring to our respective customers."
This integration has been made possible by the fact that both systems rely on the principle of web services. In concrete terms, users of Selligent X@ - a CRM solution which can be accessed through a web browser - who have access to EasyNumber through their national dealer, can look up the EasyNumber repository from their CRM solution, doing so in order to add to and correct their customer information.
EasyNumber Offer

1. Seeking out and identifying companies throughout the world. It is an ideal tool for companies operating nationally and internationally. Selligent was looking for a quality data management partner in order to complete its Selligent Global & Local offer aimed specifically at this type of business.
